Concerns regarding delay in implementation of DE-AT-PL-4MMC project (Interim Coupling Project)

For many years we support integration of European energy markets and actively participate in various initiatives aimed at achieving that goal. Therefore, we welcomed the information on launching the so-called DE-AT-PL-4MMC project, aimed at introduction of NTC-based market coupling between these countries as an interim step towards the introduction of FBA Market Coupling in the Core region. In our view implementation of this project will contribute to development of competition in regional and national markets, enable access to cheaper electricity, and will increase market liquidity.
