Przewodniczący Rady Głównej Konfederacji Lewiatan

Ur. 1967, od czerwca 2025 przewodniczący Rady Głównej Konfederacji Lewiatan, największej organizacji w Polsce zrzeszającej przedsiębiorców; w latach 2006-2019 był wiceprezydentem, a w latach 2019-2025 prezydentem tej organizacji.

Od 1 lipca 2026 prezydent BusinessEurope, największej w Europie organizacji reprezentującej biznes – funkcję objął po wyborze w maju 2026 podczas Rady Prezydentów BusinessEurope w Dublinie.

Studiował na Politechnice Poznańskiej, studia podyplomowe ukończył we Francji, w École Centrale Paris. Specjalizował się w dziedzinie badań operacyjnych i wspomagania decyzji.

Swoją karierę zawodową rozpoczął w banku Cetelem Polska (Grupa Paribas), najpierw we Francji, a następnie w Polsce. Od października 2001 pracował w zarządzie Lukas Banku (Grupa Credit Agricole), którego w 2005 został prezesem.

W 2006 dołączył do Grupy Orange: w latach 2006 – 2013 był prezesem Zarządu, a 19 września 2013 roku objął stanowisko Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej Orange Polska.

Od 2010 do 2017 był Prezesem Francusko-Polskiej Izby Gospodarczej w Polsce (CCIFP).

Od stycznia 2016 do lutego 2019 pełnił funkcję prezesa Zarządu Work Service.

Zasiada w radach nadzorczych spółek Auchan Polska, MAK Ubezpieczenia i Krynica Vitamin.

Od listopada 2022 do czerwca 2026 wiceprezydent i specjalny wysłannik ds. Ukrainy w BusinessEurope.

Od maja 2024 do maja 2026 członek międzynarodowej Biznesowej Rady Doradczej (Business Advisory Council) ds. Ukrainy, która doradza MDCP (Multi-Agency-Donor-Coordination Platform) – wielostronnej platformie koordynacji darczyńców na rzecz Ukrainy.

Członek Rady Dyrektorów Atlantic Council, Rady Fundacji Centrum im. prof. B. Geremka, zasiada w Międzynarodowej Radzie Doradczej GLOBSEC.

Były członek i wiceprzewodniczący Prezydium Rady Dialogu Społecznego (do 2025).

Born 1967, Chairman of the Main Council of Polish Confederation Lewiatan since June 2025 – the leading Polish employers’ organization; he was Vice-President of Lewiatan in 2006 – 2019 and President from 2019 to 2025. He is also President of BusinessEurope since 1 July 2026 – the largest business organisation in Europe – having been elected to the position in May 2026 at the BusinessEurope Council of Presidents in Dublin.

Graduated from the Poznan University of Technology. He held post-graduate studies in the field of industrial systems management in École Centrale Paris (France). He specialized in operations research and decision-support systems.

He started his business career in Cetelem Bank (Paribas Group) – first in France, then in Poland. From October 2001 he served as a Member of the Management Board of Lukas Bank (Credit Agricole Group), becoming its President in 2005.

In 2006 he joined the Orange Group: in the years 2006 – 2013 he was the President of the Management Board, while on 19 September 2013 he assumed the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Orange Polska.

From 2010 to 2017 he was the President of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce (CCIFP).

From January 2016 to February 2019, he was the President of the Management Board at Work Service S.A.

He is a member of the supervisory boards at Auchan Polska, MAK Ubezpieczenia and Krynica Vitamin.

From November 2022 to June 2026, Vice President and Special Envoy for Ukraine at BusinessEurope.

From May 2024 to May 2026, member of the international Business Advisory Council for Ukraine, which advises the MDCP (Multi-Agency Donor Coordination Platform) – a multilateral donor coordination platform for Ukraine.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors at Atlantic Council of the United States, member of the Council of the Prof. Bronisław Geremek Centre Foundation and a member of the International Advisory Board of GLOBSEC.

Former member and Vice-Chairman of the Presidium of the Social Dialogue Council (until 2025).
